XC Results
5 girls all posted personal-best records in Saturday’s George Fox Invitational leading the Viking Cross Country Girls to finish third in the event. Sophomore Hannow Rannow, freshman Brea Blankenship, sophomore Chloe Madden, sophomore Anne Wartnick, and freshman Gracie Freudenthal.
The Viking boys finished 5th with sophomore Brendon Jenson getting the top finish for the Vikings with a personal record of 16:45.91.
Siuslaw Volleyball Results
Siuslaw volleyball knocked off Phoenix and Junction City on Saturday with straight set defeats in both matches. The girls now await announcement of post-season play.

South Umpqua defeated the Viking Varsity Football team on Friday evening. 54-7.
Beaver Almost Tough Enough
The Oregon State Beavers fought tough and were in the lead late in the game Saturday afternoon, but a late push from Colorado sealed their fate. The Beavers had a chance to tie the game on their final drive with a 52 yard field goal but missed. Final score 36-33.
Long Night For Ducks
The Ducks had a slow start and a long game Saturday night as the Stanford cardinals seemed to have their number. The Cards came out on top 49-7
