TORONTO (AP) — DeMar DeRozan scored 33 points, Serge Ibaka added 18 and the Toronto Raptors beat the Portland Trail Blazers 112-106 on Sunday night. The Raptors won their third in a row and wrapped up a second straight season sweep of Portland. They previously had beaten the Trail Blazers 95-91 in Portland on Dec. 26. Damian Lillard scored 28 points for the Trail Blazers, who got 18 from Maurice Harkless.

PULLMAN, Wash. (AP) — Josh Hawkinson finished with 22 points and seven boards and provided key baskets down the stretch to power Washington State past in-state foe Washington 79-71 on Sunday. The win marks the Cougars’ first season sweep of the Huskies since 2010-11, and extends the Huskies losing streak to a school-record 10 games. Charles Callison pitched in 18 points and five boards for WSU.

CORVALLIS, Ore. (AP) — Sydney Wiese scored 19 points and No. 10 Oregon State clinched the Pac-12 regular season title outright with a 71-56 win over California on Sunday. Marie Gulich added 14 points while Kolbie Orum had 11 for the Beavers (27-3, 16-2 Pac-12). Jaelyn Brown came off the bench to score 21 points and Kristine Anigwe had 15 points and eight rebounds for the Golden Bears (18-12, 6-12).

EUGENE, Ore. (AP) — Erica McCall had 16 points and 14 rebounds and No. 8 Stanford rebounded from a loss at No. 10 Oregon State with a 65-59 victory over Oregon in the regular-season finale for both teams Sunday. Stanford (25-5, 15-3 Pac-12) wrapped up the No. 2 seed and a first-round bye in the conference tournament that starts Thursday in Seattle. Karlie Samuelson added 18 points for the Cardinal, who led by as many as 13 points. Sabrina Ionescu had 18 points and seven rebounds for Oregon (18-11, 8-9) which lost its third straight.
