RENTON, Wash. (AP) — Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson was a limited participant in practice yesterday, listed with knee and pectoral injuries. It’s the first time this season that Wilson has not been a full participant in practice. Wilson suffered a sprained ankle and sprained knee in games earlier in the season but still managed to participate fully in practices during the week. Wilson was listed as having a right pectoral injury coming out of last Sunday’s 6-6 tie with Arizona.

RENTON, Wash. (AP) — The Seattle Seahawks released veteran running back C.J. Spiller yesterday and signed fullback Will Tukuafu. Spiller was signed on Sept. 28 but became expendable after the return of rookie C.J. Prosise, who was targeted to be Seattle’s third-down running back from the start of the season but was sidelined after the season opener by a broken bone in his hand. Tukuafu is in his second stint with the team this season.
