Dominant win in Keizer is fourth straight for Eugene
Wladimir Galindo hit a two-run home run and had four hits, driving in three runs; Erling Moreno hurled five scoreless innings as the Eugene Emeralds defeated the Salem-Keizer Volcanoes 11-5 Tuesday.
Moreno allowed one hit while striking out three and walking one to pick up the win. Tyler Peitzmeier gave up one run in three innings and recorded his first save of the season.
Game two of the three game series is tonight at Volcano Stadium in Keizer.
