Emeralds look to the 2016 season

Preparations continue for the Emeralds’ 2016 opener Friday night at PK Park in Eugene.  Club management is comparing the Emeralds lack of post-season success with that of their parent organization, the Chicago Cubs.  To recognize that dubious distinction the first one-thousand people through the Home Plate gate tomorrow will get a free “Reverse the Curse” t-shirt… and a voucher for a 2016 Northwest League playoff game.

The Ems will host 40 games at PK Park this season… starting off with three this weekend against the Boise Hawks.
