BURNS, Ore. (AP) – Cliven Bundy, the father of wildlife refuge occupation leader Ammon Bundy, has been booked into jail after flying into the Portland airport. Multnomah County Jail records show Cliven Bundy was jailed late last night. No charges were listed and his projected release date was listed as unknown. Four The remaining four people at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge are expected to turn themselves in this morning.

TIGARD, Ore. (AP) – A man is facing a murder charge after Washington County authorities say they found a man’s body hidden underneath straw at the victim’s home in Tigard. KATU-TV reports that Michael Troxell was arrested yesterday in the death of Abdul Jamil Kamawal. Deputies say the suspect and the victim did not know each other.

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) – Kip Kinkel has lost another bid to reduce the 111-year sentence he received for the 1998 mass shooting at Springfield’s Thurston High School. The Oregon Court of Appeals yesterday affirmed a Marion County judge’s ruling that went against Kinkel in 2013. Kinkel was 15 at the time of the shooting.

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) – Damian Lillard sparked a second-quarter outburst for the Portland Trail Blazers and finished with 31 points and nine assists in a 116-103 win over the Houston Rockets last night. The Blazers enter the All-Star break having won three in a row and eight of nine. James Harden had 34 points, 11 assists and nine rebounds for the Rockets.
