Athlete of the Week:
Mapleton Football Standout Chet Geddes has been named Coast Radio Sports’ Athlete of the Week. The Junior lineman was named to the first team all-Mountain West League all star team for his work on both offense and defense. He was also named to play in the 8-man All State Game to be held in June.
Honorable mention goes to his teammate, Dominic Wells who was named to the first team All Mountain West squad as a wide receiver and as a defensive end. Wells was also recognized with a 2nd team spot as an offensive utility player.
