SEATTLE (AP) – Austin Jackson hit a bases-loaded single in the 10th inning to give the Seattle Mariners a 6-5 victory over the Baltimore Orioles last night, marking the first time since baseball expanded to 30 clubs that all 15 home teams won on the same day. Jackson’s single off reliever T.J. McFarland (0-2) down the right-field line scored Logan Morrison from third and finished off the major league schedule for the night.

SEATTLE (AP) – Baltimore Orioles catcher Matt Wieters left yesterday’s game against the Seattle Mariners with a right hamstring strain. Wieters was replaced by Caleb Joseph during a pitching change with one out in the third inning. He had collected one hit in two at-bats prior to being taken out. Wieters is batting .276 with five home runs and 17 RBIs.

LOS ANGELES (AP) – Crystal Langhorne scored 18 points, including a go-ahead layup with 2:34 remaining, and the Seattle Storm rallied to beat the Los Angeles Sparks 85-77 yesterday, spoiling Candace Parker’s big night. Parker had 12 points, 10 rebounds and nine assists – narrowly missing the WNBA’s sixth triple-double. Sue Bird, Jewell Loyd and Kaleena Mosqueda-Lewis added 15 points apiece for Seattle (6-17).
