SEATTLE (AP) – Damiris Dantas converted a go-ahead three-point play with 18 seconds left and the Minnesota Lynx rallied past the Seattle Storm 76-73 last night. Minnesota overcame an 18-point deficit, outscoring Seattle 22-11 in the fourth quarter. Dantas’ free throw gave the Lynx their first lead since it was 2-0.

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) – The Indiana Pacers have selected Oregon guard Joseph Young with the 43rd overall pick in the NBA draft. Young, who was named the Pac-12 Player of the Year last year, averaged 20.7 points and 3.8 assists last season.

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) – The Portland Trail Blazers selected Rondae Hollis-Jefferson, a 6-foot-7 small forward from Arizona, with the 23rd pick of yesterday’s NBA draft. Hollis-Jefferson played two seasons at Arizona, where he averaged 10.2 points and 6.3 rebounds per game. Small forward became a position of need for Portland this week after the Blazers traded Nicolas Batum to Charlotte on Wednesday for Gerald Henderson and Noah Vonleh. Hollis-Jefferson, who posted six double-doubles during Arizona’s 2014-15 season, scored a season-high 23 points in the Wildcats’ NCAA second-round win over Texas Southern. As a sophomore, Hollis-Jefferson was named to the Pacific-12 all-conference defensive team.

STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) – Oklahoma State and Oregon State have agreed to a home-and-home football series in 2019 and 2020. Oklahoma State has announced that the Cowboys and the Beavers will play in Corvallis, Oregon on Aug. 31, 2019, and in Stillwater on Sept. 5, 2020. The two OSU’s have never met previously in football.
