You’re invited to a visioning session that is part of a countywide effort to develop a Community Health Improvement Plan for Lane County. The simulcast meeting on Thursday, June 25, will bring together participants in Eugene/Springfield, Cottage Grove and Florence to begin the conversation about creating a better future.
The simulcast, with ASL and Spanish interpretation, will take place from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at the following locations:
- Eugene/Springfield: PeaceHealth Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend
- Cottage Grove: PeaceHealth Cottage Grove Community Medical Center
- Florence: PeaceHealth Peace Harbor Medical Center Conference Room D
