Oregon blocks Buffaloes at Pac-12
The Pac-12 player of the year proved his worth last night. Joseph Young scored 30-points and Oregon withstood a poor first half to put Colorado away 93-85 in a quarterfinal game of the Pac-12 men’s tournament.
The Buffaloes led most of the first half. Oregon made a move early in the second period to create an 18-point lead. Colorado battled back late, but the Ducks held on for the win.
They’ll face Utah tonight in one semi-final at 8:30. Airtime on Coast Radio Sports is at eight. The winner of that game will face either Arizona or UCLA tomorrow night at eight pm. If the Ducks make it through, that game will air on KCST.
College baseball this weekend.
Oregon opens the conference season on the road against Cal for a three game series.
Oregon State is in Phoenix where they’ll take on Arizona State. All three games will air on KCFM… tonight at 6:30; tomorrow at six; and then Sunday afternoon at one.
