UNDATED (AP) – The Oregon Ducks are traveling to Corvallis to face off against the Oregon State Beavers tomorrow night. Oregon is coming off a 73-70 victory against Stanford. Oregon State is coming off a 73-56 loss to California.

UNDATED (AP) – The Vancouver Canucks are hosting the San Jose Sharks tonight in Rogers Arena. The Canucks are coming off a 6-5 win against the St. Louis Blues. The Sharks are coming off a 4-0 loss to the Montreal Canadiens.

FAIRBANKS, Alaska (AP) – The start of the world’s most famous sled dog race has changed again. Authorities with the Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race last month moved the start of the race from Willow to Fairbanks because of a lack of snow in the greater Anchorage area. Now, the race is getting a new start location within Fairbanks. The ceremonial start remains in Anchorage on Saturday morning.

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) – An Oregon high school wrestler on his way to a state title defeated an opponent and then ran into the stands where his grandfather had suffered a fatal heart attack. Coach Tony Olliff told The Oregonian that it was the third state title for Dallas High School senior Matt Hofenbredl.
