CORVALLIS, Ore. (AP) – Dakarai Tucker scored 11 points as No. 9 Utah handed Oregon State their first loss in 15 games at home, 47-37 last night. Delon Wright added nine points, nine rebounds and five assists for the Utes (21-4, 11-2 Pac-12). Malcom Duvivier scored 12 points for the Beavers (16-10, 7-7).

MORAGA, Calif. (AP) – Kerry Carter had 21 points, Brad Waldow added 14 points, eight rebounds and five assists, and Saint Mary’s beat Portland 68-51 yesterday. Saint Mary’s took control with an 18-0 burst, extending a one-point lead to 60-41. Carter hit back-to-back 3-pointers and Waldow capped the run with 8:19 left. The Gaels (20-6, 12-3 West Coast) went 7 for 9 from the field during that stretch and 14 for 22 in the second half.

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) – DaShaun Wiggins scored 27 points, including 10 of 10 at the line, to help Portland State to an 80-70 victory over North Dakota last night. Tiegbe Bamba added 17 points and nine rebounds for Portland State (13-11, 7-7 Big Sky). Quinton Hooker led North Dakota with 17 points and six assists.

CEDAR CITY, Utah (AP) – Venky Jois scored 22 points and Eastern Washington reached 20 wins for only the second time as a Division I school with a 78-75 win over Southern Utah last night. Tyler Harvey, who is averaging 23.4 points a game, finished with 11 on 3 of 16 shooting. Trey Kennedy led Southern Utah (7-17, 4-9) with 14.
