CORVALLIS, Ore. (AP) – Jarmal Reid came off the bench to score 20 points and lead Oregon State past Washington State 55-50 last night. Malcolm Duvivier added 15 points for the Beavers (15-7, 6-4 Pac-12), who improved to 13-0 at Gill Coliseum this season. Neither team was able to pull away until the Beavers went on an 8-0 run, with Reid’s jumper putting Oregon State up 51-44 with 2:27 left.

SEATTLE (AP) – Daniel Alexander’s layup provided the go-ahead points and a block by Royce Woolridge with 1.8 left preserved Grand Canyon’s 66-64 win over Seattle University last night. Alexander led the Antelopes (13-11, 4-3 Western Athletic) with 18 points and seven rebounds. Ryan Majerle added 16 points and Woolridge 10.

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) – Alec Wintering and Kevin Bailey scored 20 points apiece to lead Portland to a 69-57 win over San Francisco last night. Wintering sank the go-ahead 3-pointer early in the second half, finishing 3 of 6 from beyond the arc, and 9 of 10 from the line. Tim Derksen led the Dons with 17 points and Mark Tollefsen added 10.

MISSOULA, Mont. (AP) – Drew Brandon matched his career high with 27 points and Eastern Washington ended an 11-year, 12-game losing streak at Montana yesterday, 75-69 despite playing without Tyler Harvey, the nation’s leading scorer. Even without Harvey, the Eagles (17-5, 8-1 Big Sky) shot 51 percent, including 11 of 24 on 3-pointers.
