Freshman post earns Athlete of the Week
Viking Basketball standout Trent Reavis is Coast Radio Sports Athlete of the Week. The freshman post scored 24 points in the Vikings’ win over the Douglas Trojans. Honorable mention is given to Siuslaw guard Billy Jones who scored 14 points in the same game and was six-for-six at the free-throw line.

The Mapleton Sailors will host the Alsea Wolverines for Mountain West boys’ basketball at six. That game will air on Coast Radio Sports with a pregame show set for 5:45.
