Here is the latest Oregon news from The Associated Press

CORVALLIS, Ore. (AP) – A 19-year-old woman has been accused of recording an adult film in the main campus library at Oregon State University. OSU spokesman Steve Clark says the university learned about the video Tuesday, but it apparently was recorded during the fall semester and posted on the Web. The Oregonian reports the woman was charged with public indecency.

EUGENE, Ore. (AP) – The University of Oregon says 22,000 pages of archived documents that were released illegally have been returned. Economics Professor Bill Harbaugh acknowledged that he had them, and had given them back. The Eugene Register-Guard reports the university is saying little about the incident, calling it a personnel matter.

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) – State education officials say 72 percent of Oregon high school students graduated on time last year. That’s an increase of over 3 percentage points from the previous year, but officials say a change in the way they calculate graduation rates may account for the increase. Gov. John Kitzhaber is calling for a 100 percent graduation rate by 2025.

SWEET HOME, Ore. (AP) – Linn County wants to develop a former rock quarry at Sweet Home, perhaps for use as an amphitheater for the Oregon Jamboree music festival. The Albany Democrat-Herald reports the 220 acre site has been given to an economic development agency after the county foreclosed on it. It will be initially used by campers attending the Jamboree.
