44 year old Neal Allen Panschow was the subject of a “multi-agency” meeting Thursday that included a Florence Police detective.

The first episode in Florence was September 17th when a woman walking her dog discovered an unexploded pipe bomb near 22nd street, a block away from Siuslaw Elementary School.

The second episode was November 8th when a pipe bomb exploded in the same area. There was no damage in either incident but the first one shut down the Florence Justice Center when a Police Auxiliary Volunteer placed the bomb in her car and drove it there.

Panschow is described as being about 5’10”. He could be driving a silver 2002 Honda Civic two-door with Oregon License Plate number 064-CPJ.
