Ducks Claim Civil War Victory; Prepare For Wildcats

Oregon jumped out to a 30-nothing lead midway through the first half and then cruised to an easy 47-19 win over Oregon State to capture the win in the 118^th playing of the Civil War Saturday evening in Corvallis.

Marcus Mariota threw for 367 yards and four touchdowns… plus ran for two more touchdowns to lead the Ducks.

Oregon will now have a rematch with Arizona, Friday night at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California in the Pac-12 championship game.

College Hoops

Jalil Abdul-Bassit scored all 19 of his points in the first half as Oregon roared away early to an 81-59 victory over Portland State last night at Matthew Knight Arena. Joseph Young also had 19 points for the Ducks.

Oregon will host Concordia Wednesday Night; Also Wednesday night, Oregon State will take on the University of Portland Pilots in Portland.
