SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) – Gary Bell Jr. scored 18 points as No. 13 Gonzaga routed outmatched Saint Joseph’s 94-42 last night as part of the NIT Season Tip-Off. Josh Perkins added 13 points and Byron Wesley 12 for Gonzaga (3-0), which has yet to surrender more than 58 points in a game this season. Domantas Sabonis added 10 points and 11 rebounds.

SEATTLE (AP) – Isiah Umipig scored 24 points with six assists, Jarell Flora added 22 points and eight rebounds and Seattle cruised to a 98-74 win over Omaha last night. Umipig made 7 of 15 field goals, including 6 of 9 from 3-point range, and Flora hit 8 of 14 from the floor as Seattle (1-1) shot 53.7 percent overall and 57.9 percent (11 of 19) from behind the arc.

CHENEY, Wash. (AP) – Frederik Jorg scored 18 points, grabbed eight rebounds and had five blocks, and Eastern Washington set a school record for shooting last night in a 95-34 win over NAIA Walla Walla. Tyler Harvey did not miss a shot for the Eagles (3-0), going 6 of 6, including 4 3-pointers, all in the first half when the lead was 53-19. Tyreek Luckett led the Wolves (0-7) with 11 points.

PULLMAN, Wash. (AP) – Tear’a Laudermill scored 20 points last night, and No. 16 Nebraska used a big second-half run to pull away from Washington State 82-61. A few minutes into the second half, Nebraska (3-0) started a 19-2 run, turning a two-point lead into a 59-40 advantage on Allie Havers’ layup with 10:35 left.
