In the lawsuit, Nathan Anderson says the Wishing Well Restaurant and Lounge served Michael Sloan too many strong drinks and fostered an unsafe atmosphere. The lawyer for the bar disputes the allegations.

GERVAIS, Ore. (AP) – The Marion County sheriff’s office says a 13-year-old boy who had been walking on railroad tracks south of Gervais has been struck and killed by a train. Sheriff’s officers responded to the crash scene last night. Gervais is about 30 miles south of Portland.
