Taking a look at Coast Radio Sports…
Four Eugene Emeralds pitchers combined for eight strikeouts and held the Tri-City Dust Devils scoreless for a two-run shutout victory last night at PK Park.
Thomas Dominy got the start and went two innings. Second reliever Aaron Cressley picked up his first win of the season throwing three innings. Tony Rizzotti closed things out in the eighth and ninth for his first save.
The two teams meet again tonight and tomorrow in Eugene. The Emeralds head up I-5 Sunday where they’ll begin a three game series against the Volcanoes in Keizer.
