A day after a ninth inning rally fell short, the Eugene Emeralds were able to come from behind in the bottom of the ninth inning for a 4-3 Northwest League win last night over the Tri-City Dust Devils.

Jose Ruiz was hit by a pitch, then replaced by pinch runner Auston Bousfield. He advanced to second on a Travis Jankowski single; then stole third with Jalen Goree at the plate.

That was followed by a double-steal, sending Jankowski to second and scoring Bousfield to tie the game. Goree, who struck out for the final out Tuesday to end an Emeralds Rally, then hit a walk-off sacrifice fly to center field to drive in the winning run.

Game three of the five game series is tonight at PK Park.
