The Three Rivers Sandblasters are still looking for that elusive first victory. They dropped two games yesterday to the Mid-Valley Rockets in Florence, 13-7 and 11-5. The team will be on the practice field for the next two days, then head to Dallas Saturday for a pair of games against the DeMarini Dirtbags.

The Eugene Emeralds are also looking for their first win of the 2014 season. The scheduled fifth game of a five game series in Spokane was rained out last night. The Ems are in Eugene today for their home opener at PK Park against the Boise Hawks.
