Here is the latest Washington, Oregon and Alaska sports news from The Associated Press

SEATTLE (AP) – Marshawn Lynch ran for two touchdowns and had 155 all-purpose yards, Richard Sherman came up with his third interception of the season, and the Seattle Seahawks finally shook the Tennessee Titans in the fourth quarter for a 20-13 victory. Seattle won its 11th straight at home despite mistakes that allowed the Titans to hang around into the fourth quarter.

SEATTLE (AP) – Starting middle linebacker Bobby Wagner was inactive for the Seattle Seahawks yesterday against Tennessee after suffering a high right ankle sprain in last week’s game. Seattle coach Pete Carroll had said it was unlikely Wagner would make it back for Tennessee. Wagner did not practice all week. Seattle was also without starting tight end Zach Miller.

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) – Kalif Alhassan scored late in the first half and the Portland Timbers held on for a 1-0 victory over Cascadia Cup rival Seattle last night, denying the Sounders a chance to clinch a playoff berth. The Timbers moved into first place in the MLS Western Conference, pulling them closer to the postseason spot with two games left. Portland hasn’t lost in six straight overall matches, and hasn’t lost at home in 14 straight.
