College basketball:
Drew Eubanks scored a career-high 32 points and grabbed nine rebounds as Oregon State beat Southern Oregon 84-59 last night in Corvallis. The Beavers snapped a four-game losing streak with the win over the Raiders. The Beavers will be in Starkville, Mississippi Thursday evening where they’ll face Mississippi State.
Dylan Ennis scored 18 points and number 23 Oregon rallied for a 68-63 victory last night over Boise State. Tyler Dorsey added 17 points for the Ducks who came back from 14 down in the first half to win their 28th straight game at Matthew Knight Arena. The Ducks will host Western Oregon tomorrow.

Prep basketball this evening… it’s the second annual intra squad Basketball Showcase in Mapleton at six this evening. It starts with two quarters of “blue vs. white” scrimmage for the girls, followed by two similar quarters for the boys.
