PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) – A Portland massage therapist arrested earlier this month has been indicted on new charges that he sexually abused six additional women. The Oregonian reports that Benjamin Collura is now facing multiple charges of second- and third-degree sexual abuse for alleged incidents from November 2012 to last month. His attorney declined to comment. Collura pleaded not guilty last week to charges stemming from a Feb. 20 encounter with a woman who claims he sexually abused her after she received a massage.

EUGENE, Ore. (AP) – Jury selection has begun for the trial of a man who faces the death penalty if convicted in the 2012 death of a man whose dismembered body was found buried off a remote forest road near Eugene. The Register-Guard reports that A.J. Scott Nelson is accused of helping David Ray Taylor kill Celestino Gutierrez in 2012. Taylor was convicted in the killing in 2014 and is now on death row.

BELLINGHAM, Wash. (AP) – A judge in Washington state has approved a bid by Albertsons to take over the remaining Haggen grocery stores, bringing Haggen’s bankruptcy proceedings essentially to a close. Albertsons will pay about $106 million for 29 stores in Washington and Oregon that were owned by the Bellingham-based company.

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) – The company involved in a Depoe Bay fishing license scam has been ordered to refund customers and pay state agencies almost $100,000 in restitution. The Oregonian reports Tradewinds of Depoe Bay Inc. pleaded guilty to felony racketeering. Owners Timothy and Julie Harmon pleaded guilty alongside their daughter Eva to violating a state wildlife law.
