SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) – Przemek Karnowski scored 11 of his 14 points in the second half, Domantas Sabonis added 11 off the bench, and No. 3 Gonzaga overcame a sluggish first half to beat San Diego 59-39 last night for its 22nd straight victory. The Bulldogs (29-1, 17-0 WCC) were mostly uninspired for the first 20 minutes against the Toreros before pulling away in the second half.

EUGENE, Ore. (AP) – Brittany Boyd had 17 points on 7-of-10 shooting and handed out six assists as No. 24 California women beat Oregon 74-59 last night. The Bears (21-7, 13-4 Pac-12) scored 17 straight to pull away to a 67-41 lead with 8:51 left and Oregon posed no threat from there.

PULLMAN, Wash. (AP) – Nirra Fields led a balanced attack with 14 points, Corinne Costa made two free throws with five seconds left and UCLA women held Washington State scoreless for almost six minutes down the stretch last night for a 74-69 win. Kari Korver added 13 points, Jordin Canada had 10 and Costa had 13 rebounds to go with her six points as UCLA (12-16, 8-9 Pac-12) beat the Cougars for the fourth-straight time and 27 of the last 28 meetings.

SEATTLE (AP) – Kelsey Plum scored 27 points and Washington pulled away from USC in the second half to post a 60-48 Pac-12 victory last night. The Women of Troy led by one at the break, 25-24, but Plum led a second-half surge by the Huskies, scoring 17 points, including hitting 5 of 6 from the free throw line in the final 1:48.
