PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) – Portland police say a flasher exposed himself to three middle school students on their way home from school. Police think the same man is responsible for several flasher incidents recently in northeast Portland neighborhoods. Police say he ran off yesterday after drawing the attention of the 11-year-old children.

GOVERNMENT CAMP, Ore. (AP) – Recent winter storms have piled up the Mount Hood snowpack closer to normal. The Snotel measuring site a few hundred feet below Timberline Lodge now measures 10 feet deep. KGW reports that’s doubled since Feb. 1. The Mount Hood measuring site is now 86 percent of normal. Basin-wide it’s 72 percent of normal.

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) – Oregon Attorney General Ellen Rosenblum says she won’t defend the state’s ban on gay marriage, arguing it can’t withstand a federal constitutional challenge. Her decision comes less than a month after a federal judge decided to consolidate two lawsuits alleging Oregon’s ban violates the U.S. Constitution.

CEDAR CITY, Utah (AP) – Gary Winston scored a career-high 26 points and Portland State survived a late scare from Southern Utah last night holding on for an 86-79 win. DaShaun Wiggins recorded 19 points and Andre Winston, Jr. 13 for Portland.
