EUGENE, Ore. (AP) – An Oregon state trooper who was thrown out of Autzen Stadium in a dispute with other football fans has been placed on administrative leave for a personnel investigation. Lt. Gregg Hastings says Marc Boyd is under investigation for possible misconduct when he was off duty at the Oct. 19 game between Oregon and Washington State. The Register-Guard reports Boyd was ousted for becoming disorderly. Boyd has not been charged with any crime.

TILLAMOOK, Ore. (AP) – An Oregon man who left a loaded gun in a Tillamook movie theater, only to have it found by two boys on a school field trip, has been acquitted on a charge of reckless endangering. KPTV reports a jury returned that verdict late Tuesday in the case of Gary Quackenbush.

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) – Officials say about 150,000 Oregonians enrolled in individual health care plans will see their plans cancelled by the end of the year because they don’t provide the minimum level of coverage required under the health care law. The State Insurance Division says they should enroll in a plan on the state’s online exchange by Dec. 15 to avoid a break in coverage.

PHOENIX (AP) – The Phoenix Suns scored a 104-91 victory over the Portland Trail Blazers last night, giving Jeff Hornacek a win in his coaching debut. Goran Dragic scored 26 points and Eric Bledsoe added 22 for the Suns while Damian Lillard scored 32, including 6 of 12 3-pointers, for the Trail Blazers. LaMarcus Aldridge added 28. Portland fell behind by 16 in the first half and 17 in the second before getting within five with 3:15 left.
