COOS BAY, Ore. (AP) – A $500 reward is being offered for information that helps identify a hunter who unlawfully shot a cow elk with an arrow near Coos Bay. GRANTS PASS, Ore. (AP) – The city of Grants Pass is getting out of the compost business after more than a decade.
