PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) – Portland police are looking for a suspect who fled a fatal shooting outside a strip club early today. Police say a man in his 30s was found dead outside Club Skinn in northeast Portland. A woman in her 20s was also shot and was hospitalized.

PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) – The discovery of three abducted women in Ohio gives hope to the father of Kyron Horman who disappeared nearly three years ago in Portland when he was 7 years old. Kaine Horman tells KOIN the Cleveland rescue reaffirms his belief that his son is still alive and will come home.

EUGENE, Ore. (AP) – About 100 University of Oregon professors, instructors and their supporters demonstrated yesterday outside Knight Library for a new labor agreement. A faculty bargaining team has been meeting since last year to come up with a new contract.

OREGON CITY, Ore. (AP) – An Oregon State Police trooper accused of fondling a woman during a traffic stop is pleading guilty to official misconduct. The Oregonian reports Jose Antonio Cortez was sentenced to a week in jail and has resigned from the force.
